Regular Educational trips form part of the school life at Springfield.
The children have the chance to take part in various visits and outings during their early years. At Springfield we do believe that educational trips give the children the opportunity to explore and to and experience learning outside their classrooms. All of these outings are closely linked to the topics in the schemes of work and children greatly benefit from these trips.
Trips are planned to different Museums, e.g. the British Museum, the Museum of London or the National Maritime Museum (Planetarium) and other places of interest within and outside the London environs.
We promote family outings at the end of the academic year, to help the children enjoy the last few days with their parents, friends and teachers.
Careful preparation takes place prior every visit, making sure that the school comply with all the health and safety regulations.
